Grants

Application materials for the 2012 spring and fall grant cycles can be accessed in the box below and include the:
- Permanent Endowment's Grantmaking Purpose and Policy;
- Grant Application Procedure and -
- Grant Application Form.
The grant application form is a .pdf document to allow information to be input electronically. To open the document on your computer, please use the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The grant application form may be saved to your hard drive in order to be completed from your computer.
Instructions for PC Users
To save the data typed into the document, click the Save icon which is located directly above the notice that reads "Please fill out the following form." DO NOT click File > Save As or the information you typed in will be lost. The file name extension should be .pdf.
Instructions for Mac Users
To save the data typed into the document, click File > Print. DO NOT click File > Save As or the information you typed in will be lost. At the bottom of the print window select PDF > Save as PDF. Before saving, name the file and make sure it has the file extension .pdf.
All grant application materials may be submitted to the Permanent Endowment electronically or in hard copy. Please send email submissions to ajason@endowmv.org or mail materials to P.O. Box 1182, Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts 02557.
